For smooth and reliable delivery, orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to the customer:

• EU orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Croatia, ensuring fast delivery with no additional customs charges for EU customers.
• China orders are shipped directly from our Chinese distribution center.
• USA orders are currently being prepared for full local fulfillment. Until the U.S. warehouse is confirmed, shipping availability may vary by product, and we will keep customers updated as the market expands.

As our global distribution network grows, we will continuously update delivery coverage so you always know where your Bucktool products can be shipped.

You can pay for your Bucktool order using several secure methods, depending on your country and currency. For most EU customers, the main options are:

Delivery times depend on your location, the product you order and the warehouse it ships from. Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days.

• EU orders ship from our warehouse in Croatia and typically arrive in a few business days.
• China orders are shipped locally and follow standard regional delivery times.
• USA orders will soon ship from a dedicated U.S. warehouse. Until then, availability and timing may vary by product.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link so you can follow the delivery progress at any time.

If your Bucktool order arrives damaged, with missing parts or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix it quickly.

First, keep the packaging and take a few clear photos (the product, the box and any visible damage or labels). Then send an email to info@buck-tool.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and the photos or videos attached.

Our support team will review your case and, if the issue is confirmed, arrange a free replacement or refund. You won’t have to pay return shipping costs when the order is damaged, incomplete or incorrect.
