Shipping Costs

All orders placed via the www.buck-tool.com online store for delivery within the European Union qualify for free standard shipping, unless otherwise stated on a specific product page. No additional handling fees are charged by Bucktool.

Products paid in accordance with the order confirmation will be delivered within approximately 3–10 business days, depending on the destination country and courier service availability.

Delivery Process

Delivery is carried out through trusted and reputable courier services (such as GLS, DPD, DHL, or other equivalent partners), chosen based on the delivery country and service quality.

All products are packaged securely to minimize the risk of damage during normal handling and transport.

Upon receiving the shipment, the customer is required to inspect the outer packaging for visible damage. If any damage is noticed, it should be reported immediately to the courier, and the delivery may be refused in case of serious visible damage. By signing the delivery note, the customer confirms receipt of the shipment from the courier.

If Bucktool is unable to deliver the purchased products within the estimated time frame, the customer will be notified in order to agree on a new delivery date. In such a case, the customer also has the right to cancel the order if they do not wish to accept the new delivery time.

All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transport.

Order Status & Tracking

During order processing and shipping, the customer will receive email notifications regarding the current status of the order, including:

  • order confirmation,
  • payment confirmation (where applicable),
  • shipping confirmation with tracking details provided by the courier service.

Customers can use the tracking number to follow the shipment status directly on the courier’s website. If you do not receive your tracking information or if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@buck-tool.com.
