Order Cancellation & Returns

Bucktool will provide a refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds may be withheld until returned goods are received or until proof of return shipment is provided.

The cost of returning goods is borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
