Welcome to the Bucktool Online Store

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the Bucktool online store, operated for EU customers via the Connect Marketplace platform. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.

How to Shop

You may browse and purchase products on www.buck-tool.com either as a registered user or as a guest. Registration allows you to track orders, save delivery details and view your purchase history. To register, click “Register” and complete the required fields. Existing users can log in with their email and password.

To place an order, select a product and click the cart icon. You can review your cart at any time by selecting the shopping cart icon at the top of the page. At checkout, you will be able to specify different billing and delivery addresses if needed.

These terms define the ordering process, payment options, delivery conditions and complaint procedures for purchases made on the Bucktool online store.

The buyer is any individual or business purchasing goods through the Bucktool online store. Purchases may be made by adults with legal capacity or by authorized representatives.

Bucktool reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Sale without prior notice. All changes will apply to new orders placed after the update.

Ordering Process

Orders are submitted electronically by adding products to the cart and completing the checkout form. If a product is temporarily unavailable, you may contact customer support.

When placing an order, you must provide:

• Full name / company name
• Billing address and delivery address
• Contact email address and phone number
• Preferred payment method

After submitting your order, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your order has been received. If you selected bank transfer, the invoice will be included in the confirmation email.

Delivery

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed (except card/wallet payments which are instant). If the items are in stock, Bucktool dispatches the shipment within a reasonable handling period.

Orders are delivered using trusted EU courier partners. Delivery times may vary depending on destination. Products are packed carefully to avoid damage during standard transport.

The buyer must inspect the package upon delivery. If visible damage is present, the shipment should be refused or the courier must record the damage report.

If you do not receive your package within the expected timeframe, contact customer support so we can trace the shipment.

Warranty

All Bucktool products sold through this online store include a manufacturer warranty in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection rules. Warranty duration and coverage vary by product and are listed in each product description.

To initiate a warranty claim, provide the original purchase confirmation. The buyer is responsible for reporting any defects within a reasonable period after discovery.

Returns & Refunds

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within the legal withdrawal period valid in their country of residence. To request a return or order cancellation, contact us at: info@buck-tool.com.

Once your return is approved, goods must be sent back in original or equivalent protective packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Bucktool may withhold a refund until the returned goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.
