Thank you for shopping with Bucktool. All purchases made through this online store are protected under EU consumer regulations, including the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, as well as the right to claim material defects.

This policy explains the conditions, deadlines and process for returns, replacements and refunds for purchases made through this website.

1. Right to Withdraw – 14-Day Return (EU Law)

If you purchased a product as a consumer (private individual), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day you received the goods, without providing a reason.

You must return the product no later than 14 days from the date you submitted the withdrawal request. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

A refund will be issued after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used during purchase.

2. Free Returns for Approved Reasons

Bucktool provides free returns and free replacements in the following cases:

Product arrived damaged (DOA) Free return and replacement. Photo or video evidence required.
Wrong item received Please provide photos of the product, SKU/PN label, and packaging labels.
Item does not match the description Please send photos/videos showing the issue.
Quality issues Please provide photos/videos for verification.
Missing parts Photos or videos required to confirm missing components.

After verification, Bucktool will offer a replacement or full refund. The customer does not bear return shipping costs for the above categories.

3. Returns Not Eligible for Free Shipping

Return Reason Explanation
Delayed delivery caused by courier Bucktool is not responsible for delays outside our control.
Change of mind after receiving the product This falls under the 14-day withdrawal right (return shipping at customer’s expense).
Manual not included / requesting digital manual We provide electronic manuals on request.
User error Damage caused by misuse is not covered.

For these situations, the customer bears the cost of returning the goods.

4. Return & Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Bucktool customer service with your order number, description of the issue, and photo/video evidence.
Step 2: Bucktool support evaluates your request and confirms eligibility.
Step 3: If approved, you will receive the return address and detailed instructions.
Step 4: After the warehouse receives the returned item, your refund or replacement will be processed.

6. Warranty & Material Defects (EU)

All Bucktool products include a 24-month warranty for EU consumers.

Under EU law, you may claim material defects within 24 months of delivery. Defects must be reported within a reasonable time after detection (recommended within 2 months).

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, unauthorized repairs or modifications.
